This page explains how Dump Troopers LLC uses text messages. Read it before ticking the optional text message box when you create your customer portal account at app.dumptroopers.com.

What messages you would receive

Messages about a dumpster order or request you placed with us: confirming we received it, confirming a delivery date, telling you the truck is on the way, confirming a dumpster was delivered or picked up, flagging a weather or scheduling delay, asking whether you need a swap or another container for your job, or asking a question we need answered before the job can continue. These are operational messages tied to your own order. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You receive texts from Dump Troopers only if you tick the optional text message box when you create your customer portal account at app.dumptroopers.com, or ask us directly to text you. The box is never pre-checked, and creating an account does not opt you in by itself. We keep a record of when you opted in.

Quote requests sent through the forms on dumptroopers.com are answered by phone or email, never by text.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of requesting a quote, placing an order or hiring us. You can ask us to call or email instead and nothing about your order changes.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. There is no fixed schedule. Messages go out when something about your order changes, which in practice means a few per rental, and none at all between orders.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Dump Troopers does not charge you for text messages.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message and texting stops. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also tell us by phone at any time and we will note it on your account. Stopping texts does not affect your order; we will call or email you instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your coverage.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used to contact you about your orders. It is not sold, rented or shared with marketing lists, and mobile information and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Changes

If how we use text messages changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
