  1. Incorrect Address Provided at the Time of Order: If the customer provides an incorrect address when requesting the container, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided address is accurate and correct.
  2. Customer Not Present at the Delivery Location: If the person who rented the service is not present at the designated location at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued.
  3. Incorrect Container Size Selected: If the customer selects a container size that does not meet their needs, no refund will be provided. Customers are advised to carefully choose the appropriate container size for their requirements.
  4. Banking Errors: Refunds will not be issued for any errors related to banking, such as incorrect account details or issues with the customer’s bank.
