• Incorrect Address Provided at the Time of Order: If the customer provides an incorrect address when requesting the container, no refund will be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided address is accurate and correct.
• Customer Not Present at the Delivery Location: If the person who rented the service is not present at the designated location at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued.
• Incorrect Container Size Selected: If the customer selects a container size that does not meet their needs, no refund will be provided. Customers are advised to carefully choose the appropriate container size for their requirements.
• Banking Errors: Refunds will not be issued for any errors related to banking, such as incorrect account details or issues with the customer's bank.
